FK Restaurants was brought into Oren’s Hummus Shop to help retool and refine the opening menus and establish service standards/operations systems. We streamlined a larger and complicated menu into a more approachable and executable version. We sourced products, designed service areas, and managed the kitchen footprint. FK developed initial service manuals, then hired and trained opening staff and general managers. We worked with owner to ensure ability to scale the concept through design, menu, and staffing elements.
